The course provides the necessary theory, exam and practical demonstrations required for an endorsement as a Lifeboatman. The class is offered in lieu of the Coast Guard exam. Topics include: Liferafts, Lifeboats, Davits, Safety Procedures and Survival.
The theory portion of this course is delivered on NEMO°, our learning management system, with follow-up on-site examination scheduled at Northeast Maritime Institute, as required by the U.S. Coast Guard.
