The Handheld VHF Radio Essentials course will teach you how to operate a handheld VHF marine radio, its procedures and licensing that are essential to its usage. Operating a VHF radio requires knowledge of its use, but also of the appropriate terminology and protocols. This FREE course is offered to mariners to ensure that they can efficiently operate their handheld VHF’s, but also allow them to think about utilizing the full Marine VHF Radio Operator Course with an International License form the Commonwealth of Dominica.
